This project delivered an AI enabled RPO automation system for a global staffing firm. The client was struggling with slow screening, poor candidate quality, and overwhelmed recruiters. We implemented conversational AI for first round interviews through voice and WhatsApp, including phonetic analysis for BPO hiring and structured interview automation for other roles.
