Know exactly what to automate before you build anything.
Our 7-step AI Diagnostic maps how your business really works, finds where time and resources are lost, and gives you a clear, prioritised roadmap.
Most AI projects start with a guess.
Maybe the leads are poor. Maybe the team is too busy. Maybe the CRM is the problem.
Build on a guess and you risk solving the wrong thing. An audit replaces guesses with evidence, so every decision you make next is one you can defend.
A structured process, not a wish list
A meeting where we collect a wish list of AI tools.
A structured process to understand how your business operates, find where time and resources are wasted, and decide which processes would genuinely benefit from AI or automation.
We recommend what actually solves the problem.
Sometimes the best fix is ordinary automation, a setting in your existing CRM, a clearer process or better training. Sometimes it is AI.
We have no favourite tool to sell you. That is why our recommendations are trusted.
The 7-step AI Diagnostic
Align
Agree your goals, challenges and scope.
Interview
Talk to leaders, then the people doing the work, then validate.
Map
Document each workflow end to end.
Identify
Decide what to remove, simplify, automate or improve with AI.
Measure
Estimate impact from your real data.
Prioritise
Rank by impact, effort, feasibility and risk.
Plan
What to do, in what order, who owns it and how success is measured.
Understand the work first.
Then choose the technology.
We check before we recommend.
First we examine the missed calls. Then, if they are real, we recommend an AI voice agent.
First we check what your CRM already does. Then, if needed, we recommend an automated follow-up.
Not a 100-page report. A well-informed decision.
Executive summary
Short and clear, for leadership: goals, confirmed problems, opportunities and what to do first.
Supporting pack
Workflow maps, interview findings, an opportunity register, impact estimates and a phased roadmap.
Risk and governance check
We review the AI tools your team already uses, where your data goes and what policies you need, so you adopt AI safely.

About the AI Audit
Who needs to be involved from our side?
A sponsor, usually the owner or general manager, a champion who helps arrange interviews and information, and the people who run the processes we review.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on the size of the business and the scope. For a small business it can be a few focused sessions. Larger organisations need more interviews. We agree the timeline in the first call.
What do you need from us before we start?
An agreed scope, access to the right people, and any reports or data on the processes in scope, such as CRM reports or call logs.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is agreed in writing before we start. Conversations are only recorded with permission, and your data only goes into tools you have approved.
Is AI safe for my business?
It is when it’s set up properly. Every audit includes a risk and governance check, and every system we build has guardrails, human oversight and clear data rules.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The roadmap is yours, whether you build with us, with your own team or with someone else.
