One of the largest Italian-language institutes in its region had more than 5,000 students, all learning at different speeds, and a small team buried in calls. We built a voice AI that teaches each student at their own pace and runs the front desk.
The problem
The team spent its days on calls, scheduling and placement tests. Meanwhile, one fixed course meant some students were bored and others were lost.
The institute wanted teaching to feel personal again, without hiring more staff.

A learning partner that adapts as you speak
This is the heart of the project. The AI listens to each spoken answer, judges how the student is doing and decides what comes next. Two students who start on the same day can end up on completely different paths: one moves quickly past what they’ve mastered, the other gets more time where they’re struggling.

Built on the institute’s own material
We loaded 4,000 to 5,000 pages of coursework, plus a forum the founder had run for a decade, full of real student questions and answers. So the AI teaches the institute’s way, not textbook Italian. Translation runs throughout, so it can use English and Italian content without losing accuracy.

The same voice AI answers calls, books practice sessions, sends reminders and answers placement test questions, connected directly to the institute’s own systems.
